May I introduce myself, as you probably will have noticed, my name is Trevor, I have been around for 69 years, and thats nearly for ever, my mind tells me that I am, about 40, some-days I feel 90, thats life.

Born in Worthing, Sussex, England, and moved to Glasgow, Scotland when I was 22 years old. Met Sarah, a Glasgow girl, and we were married for nearly 40 years, Sarah died of cancer in 2003. Three sons, six grandchildren.

In 2006 I wrote a website, non-commercial, advert free, called, http://www.wordscanhelp.co.uk this is my attempt to help others passing through the pains and feelings after the loss of a loved one, and to help in the understanding of those grieving by family and friends.

I am not, and do not claim to be, any sort of counsellor or have any professional training whatsoever, to professionals visiting this site that may be very obvious, my attempt is to try and answer, or direct to answers, those visitors that would be embarrassed to ask the questions or, have anyone to ask.
